RISHER, CONTRACTING OFFICER/915-654-5174 Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision necessary to perform all work in accordance with the specifications, schedule and drawings for the additon to the Child Development Center, Bldg 906 on Goodfellow AFB, TX 76908-4705. Work to include, but not limited to: minor demolition including removal of asbestos soffets, concrete foundation and slab on grade, structural steel frame work, exterior masonry veneer cavity walls, interior drywall partitions, carpet and vinyl composition tile floors, interior and exterior painting, suspended acoustical ceiling, millwork, doors and frames and standing seam metal roof. The new addition will be one story construction approximately 7,000SF. This solicitation is unrestricted. The SIC code for this acquisition is 1542 and the size standard is $17 million. Bids from all responsive, responsible bidders will be considered. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
