Furnish all labor, material and equipment to remove and replace or construct new sidewalks, combination curbs and gutters, on-grade steps, on-grade concrete slabs, concrete curb inlets, pipe handrails and retaining walls of various heights. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.00. Anticipate award of a firm-fixed price requirements type contract with no guaranteed minimum for the period 1 Jun 1996 or date of contract award through 31 May 1997. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this acquisition is 1611. The size standard for a small business concern including its affiliates is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not in excess of $17.0 Million.
