Work includes, but not limited to providing all labor, equipment, and performing all operations necessary to demolish a boiler and domestic hot water heater including related piping, valves, pumps, breaching insulation, expansion and storage tanks, pads and gas piping, controls and replace with new equipment and materials. Perform all work under a single lump sum firm fixed-price contract. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract documents and specifications. The solicitation package will be available o/a 18 April 1996. The performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
