Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, and supervision necessary for a project that involves surface preparation, painting and other work on three warehouses totaling approximately 114,000 square feet; 38,000 each building. These facilities are located at the DLA/DNSZ Depot, New Haven, Indiana. Painting preparation and disposal requires that the contractor have work experience with, and knowledge of all applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to removal and disposal of lead-base painted materials on industrial type projects. All materials generated from this project shall be disposes of off of government property. In addition to painting, work requires the manufacture and installation of new building signs.
