This order procures Operational Test Sets, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals, Compact Disk-Interactive Training Course, and other related technical data for the High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) for Foreign Military Sales country Turkey. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only known firm possessing the knowledge and familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
