Manley, Phone (703)604-2119 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue orders under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0002 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. These orders will provide services to repair, test, and/or evaluate the High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Guidance and Control sections. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
