28 -- RETROFIT KITS OF F110-GE-400 SOL N00019-93-G-0190 POC Contact, John T. Boyd, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air System Command intends to issue orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-93-G-0190 and subsequent BOA with the General Electric Company, Cincinnati, Ohio for retrofit kits to comply with Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) to resolve engineering problems with F110-GE-400 engines. In addition, associated support equipment, support equipment spares, and special tooling will be procured. As the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the F110-GE-400 engine, General Electric is the only known source who possesses the required expertise, technical data, and knowledge of the engine to provide the required efforts.
