The C-Grab shall be similar in design to a counter balanced adjustable Pallet Lifter (refer to ASME B30.20, chapter 20-1), except that the C-Grab will contain a motorized level adjustment, and mechanically adjustable fork tines. The C-Grab is used primarily when loading/unloading trucks and railcars. The C-Grab is used for containers in stacks that have access limited to one side of the conveyance with closely stacked units. VLS canisters and containers to be handled by the C-Grab in Navy type ''M'' magazines, weigh up to 7500 pounds and are 24 feet in length. FOB Destination. Delivery date July 2, 1996. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All items shall be in strict accordance with the specifications.
