The work to be accomplished consists of furnishing all the equipment for a water treatment/reclaim system. The contractor shall certify the installation of the equipment. The wash water treatment system shall be capable of treating waste water generated from the cleaning of machinery and equipment, separating free oil and dirt from the water. The processes to be provided for water suitable for sanitary discharge or reuse are: aeration, gravity separation, incline plate oil attraction, static solids separation, coalescing separation, ozone disinfecting, oxidation, and solids bag collection. The equipment shall be fully functioning and fit with a 16' x 21' building and have a maximum height of 110''. The contractor will also provide a industrial hot-water pressure washer for washing vehicles and equipment. The equipment should be designed for mobility so it can be easily moved to another facility. All components shall be designed to connect to each other without modification or redesign by either the supplier or installer. Any deviations noted by the manufacturer from any NFPA or OSHA regulations shall be brought to the contracting officer's technical representatives attention immediately before proceeding with the work. This will be done under simplified acquisition procedures and will not exceed the simplified acquisition financial threshold. Contact POC for delivery schedule.
