System configuration will consist of sixteen (16) 1/2'' VHS VCR's, a color monitor, customized equipment racks, all mounting hardware, control input cards, channel cards, interface modules, cables, delivery, installation, training, tape dubbing, and with all appropriate modulation equipment, and off air antenna.
