Two-year volume software licensing agreements and upgrade purchase program for delivery to Offutt AFB NE. The Government will be entitled to upgrade existing licenses, receive all eligible upcoming product upgrades, and the right to use the most current available version for enrolled licenses. This shall include all software releases, whether they be major, minor successor, or maintenance releases. Solicitation requires the ability to upgrade all software and receive software patches over a two-year period. Total licenses required to maintain the most current commercially available versions released during a two-year period are: Microsoft (MS) Windows 95 (1800 each); MS Windows NT Workstation (60); MS Office for Windows 95 (1800 each); MS Visual Basic Professional for Win 95 (20 each); MS Visual C++ Pro for Windows 95 (6 each); MS Access for Win 95 (230 each); MS Exchange Server (40 each); MS SQL Server for Windows NT (6 each); MS Windows NT Server (67 each); MS Project for Windows 95 (300 each); MS SMS Server (2 each); MS Backoffice Client (1900 each). Upgrades shall be a single copy of the software for loading on the USSTRATCOM LAN (Local Area Network). All software will be in English version and should run on Intel-Based computers. Contractor shall deliver five copies of the CD-ROM media and provide license cards (paks) to account for remaining licenses of each product. The contractor shall provide documentation for each deliverable equal to 10% of the licenses, but not less than five copies, whichever is greater. OPTION PURCHASES: MS Windows 32-bit Family Maintenance (1600 each); MS Office for Windows 95 (1450 each); MS Backoffice Client (1450 each); MS Access for Windows 95 (950 each); MS Project for Windows 95 (500 each); Visual Basic Pro for Windows 95 (15 each); MS Windows NT Server (150 each); MS Windows NT Workstation (150 each).
