The government owns the tooling used previsouly in manufacturing the investment casting. The tooling is located at Ceramet, Division of Howment Cercast (USA), Inc. Offerors have the option of either using this tooling as GFST or building and using their own investment casting hard tooling. Offerors must build their own special tooling used in the maching process. The government will conduct a quality audit of both the sample raw investment casting and the sample machined and finished part at source. Best realistic delivery requested.
