Secret Service intends to award a sole-source contract with Mistral Security for ''Golan 5'' (M05-GL) and ''DROR II'' (M02-DR) Protectainers, which are explosive containers for placing of large suspect objects, storage of hazardous material explosives or light ammunition. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days after the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Numbered Note 22. (0094)
