The government intends to place a sole source order against Litton Laser Systems, CLS operations for a ''Laser Vibration Sensor Refurbishment'', on FFP type contract to include the following: A. Perform Baseline Evaluation and Test Equipment. B. Repair and Refurbish System. a. Install new detector in dewar. b. Remove and repair defective AOM Driver. c. Repair or replace defective 24 Volt Power Supply. d. Repair TV Camera. e. Clean and flush cooling system and passages in sensor head. C. Clean and Align all Optical Components. D. Perform a final Evaluation and Test with MICOM personnel present. Litton Laser Systems is the only company that can perform the necessary repairs, as the system was designed and developed by them.
