WALTER, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a contract to Raytheon Company, Electromagnetic Systems Division, for AN/ALE-50 hardware and technical data. The hardware includes approximately 120 AN/ALE-50 decoys and approximately 200 mass models which will support developmental testing, TECHEVAL and Operational Testing requirements on various Navy and Air Force aircraft. Raytheon Company is the AN/ALE-50 system developer. As such, they are the only known firm to have the knowledge, expertise and facilities necessary to meet fleet requirements.
