Synopsis No. R054-96. A draft RFP will be issued on or about 24 April 1996. Comments will be due on or before 8 May 1996. A formal RFP will be issued on or about 30 May 1996. Method of acquisition will be full and open competition. Period of Phase I is 45 days from contract award. Multiple awards are anticipated for Phase I. Twenty five HYDRA-70 Rockets for each contract are to be delivered under Phase I. A downselect will be performed at the end of Phase I to select the Phase II contractor. Up to 1500 HYDRA-70 Rockets are to be delivered under Phase II. (0094)
