Directorate within the Joint Advanced Strike Technology (JAST) Program
Office seeks source to plan and conduct operational and cost
effectiveness trade studies to support the development of key JAST
joint requirement documents. The studies/analyses will focus on
comparing and contrasting affordability, lethality, survivability and
supportability attributes of various proposed technologies and
engineering solutions. The offeror shall be capable of employing a
range of analytical tools ranging from qualitative decision making
tools, such as the quality, function, deployment analysis tool, through
deterministic and spreadsheet models, to contructive, interactive, and
virtual simulation tools. The JAST Program Office intends to award up
to three Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts,
each with one base year and four option years and approximately nine
(9) labor categories. Two of the awards will be set-aside for small
business competition and the third, if awarded, will be through full
and open competition. The Government plans to release the
request-for-Proposal (RFP) within approximately thrity (30) days of
