Service will involve: (1) providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to remediate/cleanup contaminated or regulated materials/petroleum product spill sites, soils/water; (2) decontamination, removal and disposal of contaminated concrete and/or asphalt slabs or pavement; (3) excavation of contaminated soil as necessary; (4) containerize, pump, and dispose of contaminated water or other liquids; (5) excavation, removal, cleanup and rinse/decontamination of underground storage tanks, aboveground storage tanks and other surfaces. Emergency response to the contaminated site will be within four hours of notification, 24 hrs/day, 365 days/year. Along with proposals, offerors must submit certification of the disposal facilities they intend to use during contract performance as well as HAZWOPER certification of offerors' personnel. An indefinite delivery requirements type contract is contemplated. Period of performance consists of basic period with five option years. The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. The applicable SIC code and small business size standard are 4953/$ 6.0M. Solicitation issue date of 29 Apr and proposal due date of 29 May are tentative.
