Contractor shall provide all labor and material required to: (1) receive; (2) disassemble; (3) inspect; (4) provide a detailed inspection report; (5) repair; (6) reassemble; (7) test; and (8) preserve and install Turbochargers in a reusable container. All efforts shall be in accordance with Elliott Instruction Book TC-30E, Shop Practice Manual SP-315A, Revision 15, MIL-C-104B, MIL-P-116J, MIL-E-1509C, MIL-P-20087, MIL-P-24441/1B, MIL-I-45208A, and MIL-271F. In addition, Contractor shall conduct all work and tests in accordance with Coast Guard Standard Repair Specification 4331-R-251-193 dated 1/96. All parts to be furnished and used with the repairs must be Elliott parts. It is intended to negotiate only with Elliott Turbomachinery (OEM) and/or its authorized dealers and distributors.
