This support shall consist of engineering planning, test design, on site test participation to include piloting of Army rotary wing and fixed wing test aircraft, data reduction, analysis of data, and report preparation as it relates to the performance and air worthiness test phases of all aviation equipment with special emphasis on such items as radars, lasers, electro-optics, infrared, radios, electronic countermeasures/jammers/warning and threat analysis.
