M -- OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RESOURCE RECOVERY FACILITY SOL DAKF29-96-B-0026 DUE 052296 POC Contract Specialist Carol Leonard (609) 562-6962 (Site Code DAKF29) The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and management, except as specified as Government furnished, to provide operating, maintenance, and testing services for the Fort Dix Resource Recovery Facility for the period 01 October 1996, or date of award, if later, through 30 September 1997, with four (4) one year option periods. The facility has a rated capacity of 80 tons per day of acceptable waste and 7000 pounds per hour boiler system. The facility operates 7 days per week. The contractor is also to provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supervision and transportation to provide waste hauling, disposal and testing services for unburnables, truck and auto tires, fly ash, bottom ash, and contaminated bottom ash. This procurement is unrestricted. Solicitation packages are $85.00 each, non- refundable.
