Building construction is a moment resisting steel frame with masonry cavity wall and brick veneer. Building systems include fire alarm, sprinkler system and arms vault construction. An existing building on site requires asbestos abatement and demolition prior to new construction. Site improvements include access roads, parking lots, lighting and utilities.
