The new loading facility will be an addition to an existing industrial type building. In addition to the base bid, there are three separate work items which will be awarded at the GOVERNMENT'S OPTION. The additional work items are as follows: new bituminous paving, furnish and install a new 64 foot long 10 ton capacity crane rail, furnish and install a new 10 ton capacity electric chain hoist with electric trolley. The estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC code is 1771. Total contract performance time is 120 calendar days.
