The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary for total rehab of 1309 Nimitz Building 02243. Rehab consists of all finishes and systems, including mechanical and electrical systems, provide paving, concrete, landscaping and incidental related work. Hazardous materials are present in this project: asbestos and lead paint. Materials that contain asbestos and/or lead paint shall be removed, transported, and disposed of by the contractor in accordance with State and Federal requirements. Performance is at the Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, California. Performance time is 240 days.
