DAWSON (502) 798-7857 (Site Code DAKF23) The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies and necessary equip- ment to remove existing shingles, felt and flashing from all roof surfaces (approximately 311 units) including garages and patio covers, install new low-slope application asphalt roofing system, and roof flashing, remove existing and install new gutters and downspouts, remove deteriorated ply- wood sheathing, install new sheathing, reinforce deteriorated roof trusses/ rafters with 2x scabs, remove and replace damaged/deteriorated wood fascia, soffit, and vinyl/aluminum trim/soffit. Contract type is a firm fixed price requirements contract. SIC 1761/$7M. Project is estimated between 500,000.00 and 1,000,000.00. The performance period is 150 calendar days. Acquisition is pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness therefore, this acquisition is unrestricted.
