This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract to furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform repair of deteriorated roof sheathing, fascia boards, rafters, purlins, cant strips, trim, gutters, roof drains, associated flashing, insulation, metalwork and install built up roofing, asphalt shingles, performed metal roofing, modified bitumen roofing, ethylene propylene diene monomer (epdm), single ply roofing and miscellaneous roof repairs. Work shall be performed as ordered by Contracting Officer in Delivery Orders to be issued during the 12 month term of the contract and the option year if the 12 month term of the contract and the option year if exercised. Minimum contract amount is $100,00 for the base year and $100,000 for the option year if exercised. The maximum contract amount is $650,000 for the base year and $673,000 for the option year.
