The Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Atlas II Program Office intends to implement and evaluate results of Titan/Centaur requirements into the planned Atlas Reliability Enhancement Program RL10E-1 development testing program ongoing in the existing Atlas II contract F04701-88-C-0042. Initial Requirements shall be integrated into a development engine by June 96 and the remainder of the effort shall be completed by December 97. The incumbent contractor for both the Atlas II, Atlas Reliability Enhancement Program (AREP) and the Titan IV programs is Lockheed Martin.
