General services administration wishes to announce that on or about April 22,1996, the Solicitation FCGE-96-0011-N for COST-per-copy (CPC) copier requirements for the United States Marine Corps air station Yuma, located inyuma, Arizona will be issued. This procurement will require furnishing of copiers and all accessories, furnishing and delivery of consumable supplies except paper), emergency repair service, periodic preventive maintenance and key operators training. Copier requirements have been broken down into five volume bands defined as follows: Volume band I, 15 copies per minute minimum, and 1-5,000 copies per month; volume band II, 20 copies per minute minimum, and 5,001-15,000 copies per month; volume band III, 30 copies per minuteminimum, and 15,001-30,000 copies per month; volume band V, 55 copies per minute minimum, and 50,001-80,000 copies per month; volume band VII, 70 copies per minute minimum, and 100,001-150,000 copies per month. The Marine Corp air station has Given an initial machine estimate of 95 units. Offered copiers are to be the manufacturer'S current production models, either new or newlyremanufactured. This procurement will be negotiated. One award will be made. The resultant contract will be a firm, fixed price, requirements type contract. The contract period for this procurement will be for one year beginning 01 October 1996, through 30 September 1997, with the option to extend for up to 3 additional years.
