The Government intends to form a Requirement Type Contract for the DSD72A Series of Encryption Devices, Ancillary Equipment, Training and Technical Support with Technical Communication Corporation (TCC), Concord, MA IAW FAR 6.302-1(b)(1), ''minimum needs can be met by a single source only''. Only orders which are country directed to Technical Communications Corporation, Concord, MA for the procurement of cited FMS items will be placed against this contract. The government does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to procure from other than the current source, however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the the agency. The U.S. Army CECOM has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Invitations for Bid (IFBs) expected to exceed 25 thousand dollars from Government to industry. All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB you will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB Systems. Detailed information regarding system requirements is contained in the US Army CECOM EBB User's Manual. A User's Manual, identification code and password will be issued upon request. All requests must include 1) Company Name 2) Point of Contact Name(s) and Title(s), 3) return address(es), and 4) telephone number(s).
