The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to procure Radar Cross Section (RCS) analytical studies and support services on an other than full and open competition basis from Diatech, Inc., The effort involves analytical studies with emphasis in RCS theory as applied to program test design and other requirements, technical support to government RCS ranges and to current and potential customers, customer facilitation, and software and hardware support. Work will be performed in a remote location, with a varied work schedule in conjunction with testing. Top Secret security clearance required. This contract will be a one time cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, with a 9 month period of performance beginning with contract award, and intended to cover needed services until award of a fully competitive follow-on effort.
