The Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service is proposing to procure from eligible Buy-Indian Contractor a 24-hour, seven (7) day per week basis, non-medical primary residential treatment facility for a minimum of 56 American Indian Youths between 13 and 18 years of age for intensive treatment of their problems associated with drinking and drug abuse in accordance with P.L. 99-570. RFP 100% set-aside for Buy-Indian Contractors with issue date on or about May 2, 1996. Period of performance September 29, 1996 through September 28, 1997 with four (4) pre-priced option years. Participating clients will be American Indian Youth within the Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service geographic catchment area which includes the State of Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas, representing clients from 37 Indian tribes.
