Blumenfeld, (314)894-6611 The VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO, intends to issue a purchase order to Securitylink Tech, 1851 Craig Park Court, St. Louis, MO, which is sole source, to provide maintenance on existing security system, upgraded warranty on CCure security management system, and update ''as-built'' drawings of complete security system for the period May 1, 1996 through April 30, 1997. Securitylink is currently responsible for the standard warranty of the CCure security management system. This medical center has a requirement for an upgraded warranty of the CCure and, in order to prevent dual or ill-defined responsibility for the entire system resulting in extended down-time, it has been determined that Securitylink is the sole source for this procurement. RFQ will be issued on April 18, 1996, and a purchase order issued on April 25, 1996. See Numbered Note 22. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.
