SKIPPER, (912) 767-1868 (Site Code DAKF10) The Army requires a contract for Construct Emergency Shower and Latrine Evans Field POL, Fort Stewart, Georgia. Work includes, but is not limited to, Construction of 8'' concrete masonry unit latrine building with one water closet and one lavatory and emergency shower installed for exterior use. Roof will be wood framed and shingled. Plumbing systems will be installed complete with water lines run from existing piping. Installation shall also include fire hydrant. Sanitary sewer systems shall utilize septic tank and drain field. Mechanical systems will consist of exhaust fan and electric heater. Electrical systems complete with lighting and power. No communications required. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. Award of contract is anticipated by 22 Jun 96. Performance shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. SIC for this project is 1542.
