Project No. NNY94406. Estimated cost: $5,000,000 to $15,000,000. The subject procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The subject procurement will be solicited in two parts. Part 1 will require offerors to submit data regarding technical qualifications. All offerors meeting the technical qualifications in Part 1 will be allowed to go foward in Part 2 and submit price proposals. A non-refundable charge of $50 will be required in order for offerors to obtain Part 1 technical documents. Part 2 will require a non-refundable charge of $100.
