The work involves the removal of approximately .25 miles of transmission line, three concrete poles, and fiber-optic cable wrapped on the lower conductor phase. The relocation transmission line will be a 115-kV, 3-phase, 60-HZ, single circuit, single-pole steel line approximately .25 miles in length. The relocated line section will have three 336,400-circular mil, ACSR, 26/7 conductors and a self-supporting fiber-optic cable under building. All work is required to be completed within 90 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 28, 1996. This solicitation is unrestricted.
