Work shall include the replacement of all roads, parking areas, site lighting (poles, fixtures, foundations, conduit and wire), damaged curbs and sidewalks, and the installation of new sidewalks, curbs, roads, vehicular gates, storm drains, painting and signage. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Bid documents and drawings available, upon written request to the Contracting Officer, accompanied by a refundable $35.00 deposit (check or money order), after April 19, 1996. Site visit is scheduled for May 7, 1996, at 10:30am (Central Time) in the engineering conference room at Bldg. 215 and all potential bidders are encouraged to attend. Bid opening date is scheduled for May 21, 1996 at 1:30pm (Central Time) in the Contracting Office at Bldg. 2, 2nd floor, Hines, IL 60141. Cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
