The Defense Personnel Support Center (DPSC) seeks the demonstration of
unique and innovative concept papers regarding the availability of
planned defense items during mobilization or contingencies for
nationalemergency, humanitarian actions and when otherwiseauthorized.
Specifically, the DPSC wishes to maintain and/or expand a viable

The program focuses on two Main areas: Electronic Commerce and the

ANSI X12 format. In response to this Broad agency announcement, concept

excess of their normal production capability will be evaluated. Only
those firms which demonstrate capability to distribute large volumes of

rather are attempting to demonstrate that their proposed approach has
potential application to the DPSC corporate missionrequirements. The
decision to award would be based on the technical merit of individual
concepts (I.E., viability, compatibility with our strategic objectives
and value of expected benefits); sustainment capability; financial
