Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia intends to negotiate on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive Basis purusant to FAR 6.302-1 to acquire 1430 additional Maximo software licenses from Project Software and Development, Inc., Cambridge, MA under contract N00140-95-D-H017. The licenses are in support the Facilities and Equipment Maintenance (FEM) project, the principal component of the Joint Logistics System Center Depot Maintenance Standard System (DMSS) migration project. Project Software and Development, Inc. is the only provider of Maximo software. Delivery is required 15 days from issuance of any delivery order.
