The Pell Grant Recipient Financial Manangement System (PGRFMS) Contractor shall be required to develop a new Pell processing system to deliver program funds to pay Federal Pell Grant awards, together with all services, personell and hardware/software (except hardware/software provided as government furnished property) to operate and maintain the system, to update the system annually, and to process Pell Grant data effectively. The contract supports submission of school originated student records for Federal Pell Grant recipients and return of processed results to the schools, provides assistance to schools in the funds management, reporting and cash drawdown process, and supports ED' fund control functions and reconciliation of records between schools and the Pell processing system.
