Services are required to inspect, sand, repaint (if applicable), and refinish hardwood floors basewide at Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance will be from May 96 thru 30 Sep 96, with a three (3)-year option period renewable in one (1)-year increments. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. Specific requirements and the PWS are provided in the solicitation package. Solicitation issue date of 15 Apr 96 and proposal due date of 15 May 96 are tentative. This solicitation is unrestricted.
