T -- CIVILIAN ENTERPRISE NEWSPAPER, FORT SILL, OK SOL DABT39-96-R-0019 DUE 052296 POC Contract Specialist Fran Hutchins (405) 442-3514 (Site Code W804A6) NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Furnish labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to publish and distribute a six-column Civilian Enterprise Newspaper for Fort Sill, Oklahoma. A minimum of 16,000 copies per week (minimum of 50 weeks) of the newspaper shall be published and distributed. The newspaper shall consist of a minimum of 24 pages in the following format: eight(8) pages in the A section; four(4) pages in the B section; eight(8) pages in the C section and four(4) pages in the D section. Full-color production will be provided on the front page of A,B and C sections. Classified pages can slop over into the C section. According to advertising sales, the newspaper shall consist of no more than eight(8) issues a year of fewer than 24 pages and not more than eight(8) issues a year of more than 24 pages, with a maximum of 36 pages. Contract period is from 10 Jun 96 through 9 Jun 97 plus four(4) one-year options. Estimated issue date is 22 Apr 96.
