Z -- JOB ORDER CONTRACTING (JOC) CONTRACT TO REPAIR OR CONSTRUCT FACILITIES AT FORT LEONARD WOOD AND THE US ARMY LAKE OZARK RECREATION AREA IN MISSOURI SOL DABT31-96-R-0003 DUE 061596 POC Contact Glenn Tate, Contract Specialist, 314-596-0255, Contracting Officer, Donald F.Blotzer Contractor shall provide, upon receipt of a delivery order, all work materials, supplies, parts (to include system components), plant, supervision, labor, and equipment (except when specified as Government-furnished), to repair or construct real property facilities and structures at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and the US Army Lake Ozark Recreation Area, Camdenton, Missouri. The Contractor shall provide all related services as specifed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, and exhibits contained in any resultant contract or incorporated by reference. This is an Indefinite-Quantity type contract. Contract is for a base year with three option periods starting 1 October 1996. Project is a total 8(a) set-aside. Project is restricted to 8(a) firms that are in the Small Business Administration Kansas City Missouri District Office Territory or the St. Louis Missouri District Office Territory. The RFP will not be mailed to anyone who is not in the above territories. All requests for this RFP will be submitted to the above territories for territory verification prior to mailing of the RFP. A copy of your 8(a) eligibility status shall be submitted with your written request for the bid package. Solicitation will be provided in response to written requests only.
