Facilities Maintenance to include mechanical, janitorial, and grounds keeping. Work involves the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems of three buildings of approximately 125,000 square feet which have HVAC generators, boilers, hydraulic systems, food service, laundry facilities, and other miscellaneous equipment. Due to the special nature of this facility, most environmental systems must be kept running continuously. Additional structural tasks and miscellaneous alterations, maintenance, and repairs to these buildings will be required. Janitorial work includes the requirement to keep the buildings clean. Grounds keeping includes the maintenance of approximately 20 acres of improved and semi-improved land. The Federal Regional Center is located at 800 North Loop 288, Denton, Texas, approximately 38 miles North of Dallas, Texas. Contract period shall be for one year plus four one-year options.
