The Air Force Flight Test Center has a requirement for procurement of one (1) each 200 HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor, capacity: minimum 982 CFM @ 125 psi; weight: minimum 6020 LBS. The compressor shall include the following minimum features: cast iron compressor air end with proven integral grear drive; duplex tapered roller bearings'; coolant for air end bearing; SAE ''O'' ring connection on hose fittings; two stage separator less than 2 PPM carryover; microprocessor control system with digital display of operating, warning, and shutdown conditions; on-line/off-line and upper range modulation control system; 460 volt ODP induction motor with class F insulation; totally enclosed fan cooled motor 460/3/60; air filter maintenance indicator; reducer voltage starter with control voltage transformer (460/3/60); air-cooled oil cooler; heavy duty baseplate with forklift provisions; factory fill of ultra coolant synthetic lubricant; sound attenuating quiet enclosure - minimum 75 dba; air cooled aftercooler - mounted; automatic condensate drain valve. Options shall include automatic start/stop; remote start/stop; outdoor modification kit with NEMA 4; high dust inlet filter. The following accessory items shall be provided: one (1) each 3000 gallon vertical ASME code air receiver tank with skirt and angle clips; one (1) each refrigerated air dryer; one (1) set 3'' separator/filter and coalescer filter with differential pressure gauge and automatic drain.
