A- The U.S. Department of Education on behalf of the US Architectural and Transporation Barriers Complaince Board is seeking proposals to provide a study on the characteristics of accessible surfaces in the outdoor environment. The project will examine the required surface characteristics of stability and firmness for exterior sites. Furthermore, this project will develop testing methods to measure the general characteristics of various surfaces. The period is for four (4) month option period.
