The care will be for the federal prisoners incarcerated at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp, Pekin, Illinois. The anticipated receipt of offers is extended to May 1, 1996. The contract period will include a base year not to exceed twelve months with four one year option periods for renewal.
