R -- SPONSORSHIP/IN KIND DONATIONS FOR OUR SUMMER/WINTER BINGO BASH Sol SVS-SCS-76-96. Due 070196. POC Shena Jones, 907/552-5900, FAX 907/552-9750. We are soliciting in-king donations or sponsorship for our Summer Bingo Bash to be held in August 1996 and our Winter Bingo Bash to be held February 1997 at the Officers' Club. These bingo programs will be open to all eligible members of the Officers' Club and their guests. We are asking for sponsorship/in-kind donations of prizes to give away. We are asking for donation of a grand prize giveway such as a car, boat, motorcycle, etc. The total sponsorship package is open, but we would except any donations. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advertising in all areas on the base will be done. Representation from the sponsor for the event be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 July 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (095)
