Services will include spacecraft anomaly analysis and resolution, operational and mission planning, and training. Contract performance will require security clearance. The proposed contract is anticipated to be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity type contract for a base year and four (4) one-year options with performance to begin on 1 January 1997.
