Work includes the removal of the existing heating hot water piping distribution system, the installation of a new heating hot water piping distribution system, electrical connection and disconnection of existing and new mechanical equipment, cutting and patching as required to install new heating hot water system, new finish systems as required to replace areas that were demolished to complete the work under this contract, installation of new pipe chases and incidental related work. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. SIC code is 1711. Performance time is 60 calendar days. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment and performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are available under the DOT Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The max. line of credit is $500,000.
