Please note the new solicitation number is F08651-96R-0245 and that solicitation packages are available at no charge. Refunds will be forthcoming to those who have submitted $20.00 for the solicitation package. Estimated bid opening date is 30 May 96. Work will consist of removing the existing air conditioning system, installing a new air conditioning system including new ductwork, grilles, air handling units, chillers and controls. The work will require adding an additional mechanical room to the building and redoing the existing metal roof. A new fire alarm system will also be added to the building. Performance Period is 150 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
